# TryMyDays Community Guidelines

TryMyDays is an 18+ service for sharing activities and trying them with your own judgment. These Guidelines form part of the Terms (https://trymydays.com/terms/). They apply to Content, profiles, interactions and conduct through the Service. Context matters: documenting an event is different from instructing someone to repeat a dangerous act.
## Ordinary adult life
Lawful, non-explicit adult-life content can include profanity, drinking, nightlife, clubbing, swimwear, shirtless activities, kissing, sexual jokes, suggestive fashion, combat sports and non-graphic injuries. This is not permission for pornography, exploitation or dangerous instructions. Age restrictions on alcohol, venues and activities still depend on local law. We do not offer a separate NSFW or Mature viewing mode to allow prohibited material.
## Prohibited content and conduct
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation involving a child, sexualized depictions of children, trafficking or material that promotes or facilitates such abuse. This includes prohibited synthetic or altered depictions.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic sexual recordings, threats to distribute intimate material, sextortion, and sexual content depicting a person without the consent required for that use.
- Pornography, explicit sexual activity or nudity, masturbation simulation, arousal-focused strip or lap-dance content, or framing that principally focuses on sexual body parts or acts for arousal. Suggestive clothing alone is not automatically pornography.
- Graphic gore, graphic severe injury, glorification of serious violence, credible threats, or instructions encouraging suicide, self-harm or serious danger to another person.
- Dangerous activity instructions, including rapid excessive drinking challenges, entering active traffic, jumping safety barriers, unsafe weapons handling, or encouraging repeated head blows. A documentary or lawful sports context is assessed differently, but a “do this” Step cannot evade this rule by adding a disclaimer.
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, hateful abuse, threats or dehumanizing attacks based on protected characteristics; doxxing, exposure of private contact/location details, and invasions of privacy.
- Terrorist recruitment or propaganda, instructions that facilitate serious crime, unlawful drug sales, or facilitation of prohibited gambling. Lawful discussion or documentary context does not permit operational instructions for serious harm.
- Impersonation, deceptive claims of authority or endorsement, scams, fraud, spam, engagement manipulation, malware, or interference with Service security.
- Copyright or other rights violations, unlawful secret filming/recording, trespass, publication of confidential information, or evasion of a removal, suspension or age restriction.
A fictional, educational, artistic, news or joking label does not automatically make prohibited material acceptable. We assess the actual depiction, instruction, context and likely use. You are responsible for filming and publication permissions and for your own choices when following a Day. Other people's participation does not establish consent to every later use.
## Report choices
Use the closest available reason: child sexual abuse or exploitation; NCII or sexual deepfake; immediate credible danger; privacy or filmed without permission; underage account or minor safety; impersonation; copyright or IP; nudity or sexual content; violence or dangerous activity; harassment or bullying; hate or abusive content; spam, scam or platform manipulation; or other. If a report fits several reasons, explain the concern so it can be routed appropriately.
Use in-app reporting for a post or account, or contact support@trymydays.com. Do not download, attach or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Supply a content link or identifier and a description instead. You do not need an account to email a report. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; TMD is not an emergency service.
## How decisions work
A report records a concern; it does not automatically establish a violation or remove Content. We assess the report and may remove Content or suspend or disable an account where warranted. Some concerns require a specialized legal or safety process. We may act promptly without prior warning for serious matters and consider repeat or related violations.
We may remove content that breaches these rules even when it is not illegal. Moderation does not certify that remaining content is lawful, accurate or safe. We do not promise continuous monitoring, a fixed response time for every report, or advance notice of every action. Statutory procedures and deadlines apply where required. You may request review of a decision by emailing support@trymydays.com with its reference and a brief explanation; legal, safety or privacy constraints may limit what we can disclose.
Simulated gambling depictions are assessed in context: lawful adult commentary or documentary coverage may be allowed; scams, unlawful gambling promotion and encouragement of prohibited participation are not. The Service does not provide wagering or a simulated gambling game.
