Support
Email is the way to reach us. A real person reads every message; there is no chatbot, ticket portal or phone line yet.
Account questions, bug reports, safety concerns, Beta access, anything else. Please don’t send passwords, sign-in codes, identity documents or recordings.
Common questions
- How do I delete my account? Use the account-deletion control inside the app (Profile → Settings → Danger zone → Delete account). See Account and data deletion.
- I want to access, correct or delete my personal information. Email privacy@trymydays.com (or support@trymydays.com as an alternative). See Privacy requests.
- Someone recorded or posted me without permission. See Privacy and unauthorized recording reports. You do not need an account to report.
- I want to report content or a person. Use in-app reporting on the post or account, or email support@trymydays.com with a link or description. See the Safety Center.
- Intimate imagery posted without consent. See Intimate imagery removal. Do not attach the imagery itself.
- Copyright or intellectual property. See Copyright and IP.
- A concern about a child. See Child safety. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
- I can’t sign in. Email support@trymydays.com from the email address on your account and describe what happens.
Beta access
The TryMyDays Beta is for adults 18 and older in the United States (excluding Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida and all US territories) and Canada excluding Quebec. When public Beta invites open, they will be posted on the home page; we can’t hand out invites by email before then.
Response time
We read every message and reply as quickly as we can, but there is no guaranteed response time for ordinary support. Privacy and legal requests are handled within the periods the law requires. Safety reports are prioritised, but TryMyDays is not an emergency service.
