Privacy and Data Requests
Where applicable law gives you rights over your personal information (for example access, correction, deletion, portability or opt-out rights), you can exercise them by email. The Privacy Policy (section 8 and the country addenda) is the governing text. This page does not collect a request: there is no form, and it does not accept account identifiers.
How to submit a request
Email privacy@trymydays.com, with support@trymydays.com as an alternative, from an address where we can safely reply. Tell us the request and enough information to locate the relevant account or material.
We verify identity and any agent's authority proportionately using the available account and request evidence. The current Beta has no government-ID or selfie verification system: do not send government identification or selfies.
We respond within the applicable legal period and explain a lawful refusal, extension or available appeal. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a protected right.
Deleting your whole account
Account deletion is a control inside the app, and is the fastest way to delete your account. See Account and Data Deletion for the steps and for what deletion does.
Appeals
To appeal a denied request, email privacy@trymydays.com or support@trymydays.com, identify the decision, and say that you seek an appeal. If an appeal is denied, we provide the applicable regulator complaint route as required.
Someone else's post
If you appear in another person's post and want it reviewed, use Privacy and unauthorized recording reports. You do not need an account.
